The Problem
A busy private clinic was drowning in manual billing. Patient check-ins, services rendered, and final invoices were on three different systems (a paper log, a simple EMR, and an Excel sheet), leading to constant billing errors, delayed or no payment from insurance and weeks of reconciliation.
The Solution
We acted as both Financial Administrator and Systems Integrator. We migrated them to a modern, cloud-based practice management & billing software. We then built a small integration to connect their EMR to the new billing system, ensuring every service was captured. Finally, We set up the system to sync daily revenue reports directly with their Xero accounting backend.
